       We are a small independent business, family owned and operated. Our love for Art and Wood is the motivation behind this effort. We live in Western New York, near Niagara Falls, and would like to share with you our love for this amazing craft by making these items available to you at affordable prices. We are happy to make them for you. All of items are carefully crafted, to fulfill your expectations and our personal standards. All orders are processed with you in mind.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

       We guarantee your satisfaction with our product. If you are unsatisfied with our product due to a craftsman error or defect, contact us within fifteen days of receiving your item, to discuss arrangements for exchange or a credit on a future purchase.
       Please note that wooden rings (since they are made out of wood) are not as resistant to impact or applied forces as metal rings are. Therefore keep in mind that we consider: cracked and/or broken rings as well as damage to the surface such as scratches that allow water to enter, abuse to the item.
We will not be responsible for this kind of damage, but we will consider repairing (if possible) at a nominal fee (depending on damage) plus postage.

Shared Responsibility

       Please keep in mind that we are not mass producing rings. Each one is hand crafted for you, and will not fit another customer for resale. You are responsible for choosing the correct size for your finger, and we are responsible for making that exact size according to the standard chart provided here on our website. Once completed, the new ring will be shipped to you with prior notification.
       You are responsible for common sense use and preventing abuse to your piece. We offer repair for any items that may have been damaged by accident at a nominal fee plus postage. If you are in a need of small repair please contact us first.

Shipping

       In effort to keep our prices low, we offer inexpensive shipping rates. Once the items is completed you will receive confirmation from us about your shipment. Expediting of your item and/or shipment may be available at extra charge upon request. Please contact us first. Charges and details can be agreed on, via email correspondence.

Natural Wood Rings reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of all conditions, at any time. Your use of this site will mean that you accept and agree to the changes and the terms. We reserve a right to change the design wood choice, if original wood choice is out of stock. Due to the unique nature of woods most cuts will have different characteristics. All rings will differ slightly and be uniquely yours.
